Soviet Union. Alternate title: Put u arenu. Famous Armenian clown Leonid Yengibarov stars in this film about the artistic quest of a talented circus performer. Despite the opposition of his parents, Leonid dreams of becoming a clown. He secures a job as a stage hand for the Yerevan Circus and falls in love with circus performer Irina, played by juggler Irina Shestua. Noticing Leonid's great abilities, the director of the circus gives him a chance to be a clown. However, Leonid finds that he is not ready and decides to travel throughout Soviet Armenia to perform, meet people, and find out what makes them laugh.

At 0:09:47, Leonid Yengibarov auditions at a talent agency, does a handstand, and then juggles 3 odd objects from the agent's desk, but breaks two of them.

At 0:54:54, Leonid juggles 3 clubs to impress Irina, finishing with kicking each one into his backpack.

At 1:02:58, a woman does her foot juggling routine, immediately followed by Leonid juggling a cup, spoon, and saucer, and then kicking them all onto his head, plus a sugar cube.

At 1:11:56, Irina Shestua performs part of her circus act, juggling 2,3, and 4 hoops and finishing with a lengthy 4 ball force bounce off of a drum.
